Is there a minimum hire period?

Yes there is a minimum hire period of 1 months hire 

Can I pre-book a Snoo for closer to my baby’s birth?

Yes you sure can! Please contact us via email (baby.snooze.adl@gmail.com) to arrange. We take a deposit of $50 for a month hire and a deposit of $100 for a 3 month or 6 month hire to hold your hire dates for closer to when you are expecting your little one. Unfortunately at this stage the deposit is nonrefundable. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your hire. Please note that until the deposit has been paid for no Snoo will be held for you.

What is included in the Snoo hire?

Each Snoo hire comes with the Snoo bassinet. Preloved 1 Small, 1 Medium and 1 Large swaddles and 1 bassinet mattress sheet. These swaddles and sheets are always hygienically washed between each hire, the Snoo is steam cleaned between each hire. Alternatively, if you wish, you can purchase new swaddles and sheets on the happiestbaby.com.au website. 

 

What information do I need to give when hiring a Snoo from you? 

We will require that a Customer Information form is completed which will include basic contact information from you. A rental agreement form which states the start and end date of your hire, and the terms of hire will need to be signed. We also require a copy of photo ID, this will not be kept once the Snoo hire is completed and has been returned in sound condition. 

Where are you located for Snoo pick up?

We are located in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide. If this is a bit far for you see below for information about delivery and pick up to your home. 

I can’t pick it up, do you offer delivery of the Snoo to my home?

Yes we do! At this stage we offer drop off and pick up for an extra $50 for delivery within 50km of Adelaide CBD. Drop off and pickups will be done on Sunday’s and you will not be charged for any extra days you have the Snoo if your pick up date lands after your hire period ends. Please contact us if you would like this option. 

My baby doesn’t like the Snoo, what can I do?

It can take up to 2 weeks for most babies to get used to the Snoo. However, if after your first month of hire, you decide the Snoo is not for your baby you can return it and we will refund you the rest of your hire period minus the minimum first months cost.
